The Site allows trusted business partners to refer your company to LSQ. That information is provided from a third party to us, and includes your name, your email and company address. When this information is received by us from the Site, an LSQ representative will contact you by phone. LSQ uses this information for the sole purpose of informing you about our services and tracking the success of our referral program. You may contact us using any of the methods described below in the Contact Information section of this privacy policy in order to request that we remove your information from our marketing list.

How is Your Information Used?

LSQ collects and uses your commercial information to give you current market and product information, to provide you with convenient access to your data, and to provide you with excellent service. In addition, we may use your information to keep you up to date on new product announcements, special offers, and other information we believe would benefit you.

If you submit an application online, all information will be used by our sales representatives to contact you and discuss engaging in a business relationship with LSQ.

Upon request, as a client or prospective client of LSQ, we will provide you with confirmation about whether we hold any of your personal information. In order to authenticate your request regarding private information, we may need to speak with you to validate your identity. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and service your request within a maximum timeframe of 45 days. In some instances, your information cannot be deleted until your contractual agreement has been fulfilled or terminated. If that is the case, we will notify you within the same 45-day time period. Additionally, our Site may contain web pages through which you can correct or update some of the information you have provided to us.
